I'm a 40 year old mom and teacher. My family includes my dear husband Gary, and my 2 kids. They are the light of my life! We also have a dog and a few chickens. I am excited to get back to the healthy, strong and active person I was for most of my life...I just got lost along the way. I'm looking forward to finding "the old me" again!
