Sept 09 - Howdy! I've used this site (and TDP) since late Nov. 07. I lost 25 lbs in about 6 months, then maintained for the rest of 2008. In January 2009 I started working out on a regular basis, and have been pretty good about keeping that up. Lately, I've been minding what I eat more too. This month through 10/20/09 I'm participating in the Weight Loss Challenge thread, and so far it's been the kick in the pants I've needed to be more aggressive and consistent.
