I love love love love Health and Fitness! I Made a commitment in my early twenties to stay fit and in shape.
I must say the P90XGroup on This Website is Great. The workouts are Challenging to say the least.

I just started the DOUBLES VERSION.
My plan is to get down to 10% body fat by August...BRING IT!
I got most of my training in The US AIR FORCE. I became the Physical Conditioning Seargent for our Squadron while I was active duty. On top of that I joined Karate classes, Aerobic classes Played Raquet Ball, Ran, did weight training, played volleyball.... It was a blast. Especially the things I could do with other people, . That got me hooked and I've never looked back.
Even when I left the Military after almost 10 years I've made it a daily focus to keep Fit. I have a TON of Respect for Lance Armstrong and that is why I am here.
I believe my body is a temple and I need to be careful to take care of it....With the exceptions of only a brief year in my life, I have kept My commitment to stay fit.
Now I'm dealing with the aging thing. I just turned 45 in September. I seem to be gaining weight even though I'm still active and trying to watch what I eat.

I am married and have 3 active Children. A daughter,17 and two sons, 10 and 7. I love playing with them and I intend to stay active enough to keep up with them as long as I possible can.
I love to play tennis and a host of other activities.
I enjoy working out at the Gym and Rock Climbing as well but pretty much anything to be active with my kids that is also fun to do!
This is where I started. I actually started Tracking my self at a lower weight (which doesn't show here) in late December and ballooned to the weight you see here. That is when I decided to make some Changes. I had been Given some Money for Christmas... I used that money to buy P90X... That is one Gift that will Keep on Giving!!

All of the above measurements were taken with the Livestrong site calculator...almost an 8% drop since January.. a couple of weeks before I started P90X
I Went back and looked at my scale measurement for body fat (the one I used in the beginning of P90X) and it was 19.9%
Checked it on the same scale this weekend and it was 15.3% that's a change of almost 5% in 90days.. Not bad..
Finally I used another BF check that takes into account Bone size by incorporating Wrist Measurements. I believe this to be the most accurate formula for computation.
Using my starting measurements I have calculated it to
Be as follows.
Beginning:19.5%
90Days---:14.0%
Basically all the methods are showing the same thing... Decreasing Body fat.. That's what I want!
I really hope to drop another 5% this 90days... we'll see in August!
