I'm a single mom to a 7yr old lil boy... I have slowly again weight over the years before i had my son i went from 130lbs to 165lbs... and now Im 31yrs old and i weighed 189.7lbs... i couldnt believe i let myself get to this weight...i have tried several occasions to loose weight but i never followed through... but this time i am determined and plan to go back to my 130lbs... i have set it out in goals:
1) reach 160lbs
2) reach 140lbs
3) reach 130lbs
4) remain weight
