About Me
My name is Helle, born in Denmark but for the past 7 years I have been living in San Francisco (USA), New York (USA), Hong Kong (China) and now Rotterdam, Netherlands.
I have always been very active, but in my early 20ish I had several serious injury which made me gain quite some weight, which never really bother me, it was first when I started have stomach pain from the food I eating here in Asia that I really got motivated to change my life style for healthier food choice, second has been that the past year has lost
