With all those changes, I decided that my health needs some change as well.
I am working towards losing about 75lbs, and overall gaining a better self image of myself through diet and exercise and a few other small things, such as quitting smoking, and drinking soda.
I currently do Zumba 5 days a week, I walk about a mile a day, and I am doing a Couch to 5K program as well. I would like to start doing some toning exercises and maybe a few other things. I feel SO GOOD when I exercise!
