I enjoy listening to music and spending time with my musician friends. I was divorced three years ago and gained 100 lbs! Since then I have tried many times unsucessfully to lose it and regain my self respect and self love. I have my love gratitude and still working on self respect. My body doesn't perform the same at my current weight that it did when I was healthier and lighter.
My motivation is to ease pain in my feey, ankles and knees.
Be more spry and flexible again
Be a better example nutrition wise with my kids like I used to be
Eat well even if I don't get exercise
STOP BINGING ALTOGETHER last one was less than a week ago but it has gotten to be much less common than it had been for months
prevent diabetes from forming
make my ex jealous by being a hottie again showing its me who controls me NOT HIM!
My current goal is to lose at least 100 pounds and yes I need to really! current size is a 20/24 was a 8/14 at my lowest weight/body fat but I did faint then so I probably won't try to get that low again. Passing out is uncool.
I would love some motivation and new friends with common goals to take this journey alongside. If we become friends we may have new travel destinations to go to! I know I would like to travel to visit someone.
