About Me
I'm 21. Trying to lose about 5 more pounds right now. My biggest struggle is patience about seeing results. I'm doing pretty good right now. Lost 22 pounds since january 2011. Went from 148 to 125 and I've been fluctuating in between 125 and 130 for a while. Mostly because I've been cutting myself too much slack!

    “ My sister worked really hard and went from 160 to 120. I remember her saying after she lost the weight that she still finds herself picking out things about her body that she isn't happy with and no matter how hard she works, she still feels like she could afford to lose weight. I couldn't understand how she would feel that way. I thought she looked great! But then I started losing some weight myself and went from 148 to 125. I was going to stop there but I find myself doing the same thing as her. Still not happy with where I am. Looking in the mirror and instead of thinking "I look great!", thinking, "I could use some work in this area." Is this the curse of the women in our culture? Will we never be satisfied no matter how much weight we lose? Even when other people think we look good, there seems to be no escaping our own worst critic, ourselves. ”
