This is my summer before high school, and I'm trying to make my three months of summer as productive as I possibly can. I've always been a relativly 'healthy' person, but it's just not enough anymore. I really want to get onto my high school's field hockey team, and I want to lose that last bit of weight that's keeping me from the healthy bmi section of the chart. I hate spending my whole life just barely over the line. This is the time to make habits, and to start off my new school year as a healthy, active person.
my health goals for the summer
1. drink 64 oz water a day
2. Go to gym twice a week
3. walk dogs once a week at least (because they're in this with me ;D)
4. ride bike at least three times a week
5. track what I eat, and stick to 1200 calories per day (can be increased, if I find that goal to dramatic)
6. brush teeth regularly, get 8 hours sleep, and never go to bed with unwashed hair. Sad to say, I am actually pretty bad at this stuff.
