Just trying to lose those last stubborn 5lbs or so, but I find the diary tracking really helps! Never tracked my food before so its definitely an education on calories, in a good way!
For fitness I've taken up yoga, weight training and spinning.
Goal weight = 108lbs at 5'1"
measurements at 2/7/08
Waist - 26.5
Hips - top 33.5,bottom 34.5
Thigh - 20.75
Under chest - 28.5
