About Me
Welcome to INFLICT TRAINING. Strong name, but it simply describes the passion we bring to our own training, philosophy, and the amount of heart all of us tap into to get to the next level.


We teamed with Lance's strength and conditioning coach, Peter Park � a 30-time Iron Man athlete � to write our workouts. Our workouts are progressive (building on each other) and are downloadable to your iPhone and iPod! Each workout is a great mixture of strength, endurance, and cross-training exercises designed to train your whole body. Completing them gives you well rounded, balanced results. Exercises range from linear / body building to core, agility & balance, functional and combination movements, Pilates movements, plyometric (jump) training, even interval training.


WE KNOW WHAT WE�RE DOING!
Along with Peter, we worked with top rated Physical Therapist Gray Cook, of �The Functional Movement Screen,� to bake into each workout the best activation techniques, body maintenance, and PRE-habilitation exercises resulting in a fitness program that gets you the results you want with decreased potential for low back, knee, and joint pain / injury � major culprits of exercise program drop out rates.

Our goal? Full body strength, from heels to hands.


THE SECRET IS IN THE DESIGN!

Every workout and exercise is in high definition video [NO PICTURES] and presented with our unique signature design that delivers sharp, crisp floating imagery in 3-dimensional layering. You can view all 12 exercises simultaneously playing (the workout map), or view close ups of each individual exercise along with audio and written tips. The result? SLICK visual graphics that capture every biomechanical nuance.

Each 12 exercise workout is circuit style, moving you from exercise to exercise in 3 easy to follow rounds. Completing each round of exercises twice gets you in and out of the gym in an hour, delivers ripped results, and sets the stage for anywhere you want to take your training.

Each complete with:
* A prep video with movements to activate your body and prepare it for the workout
* The workout map with all 12 exercises moving simultaneously
* Close ups of all 12 exercises along with audio and written tips
* A built in workout timer and progress tracker
* A body maintenance video with foam roller and stick movements for after the workout

Exercise Library
We've included a video library of all the exercises categorized by muscle group, then alphabetized.

Workout Tracker
Tracking every resistance amount, set, rep, rest period is NOT an effective way to maximize your time. We made it easy for you on-the-goers to track your progress using our built in timer and Workout Tracker. Simply start and stop the timer for each workout and try to beat your last time. The Workout Tracker compiles all the data for you automatically. Got pulled away from your workout? No worries! Use the Tracker to re-initiate "In Progress" workouts so you can finish right where you left off.

3) For you hardcore fitness buffs we have our "Original 50" workout program designed for the Elite Athlete. It's the style and intensity of workout that Lance does, so you know it delivers the goods.
