About Me
My first weight loss goal is 40 lbs, set at 3 lbs a week. Once I reach my goal I want to readjust what I think I should weigh based on how I look.

I want to eat healthier! I want to stop putting junk in my body. I also want to learn to make better choices while eating out. I love cooking and trying new things so my challenge is to cook healthy meals using the most natural and organic products possible that also taste great and aren't too time consuming.

7/6-first day using tdp
7/15-5 lbs lost! Yay!
7/17-2 more lost for a total of 7 :)
8/1-Ok people, I haven't lost any more weight since the 17th, I've just been yoyoing. I have however lost a dress size! Woohoo!
8/2-Down another 2 more lbs for a total of 9. Yay!
8/14-Down another lb for a total of 10. I joined a gym as of 8/11 so hopefully the weight will start coming off a little quicker. I don't hink I was eating enough calories at 1200 so I've upped it to about 1350 to see if that helps. I'm really proud of myself and I feel so much better just 10 lbs lighter so I can't wait to see how I feel at 20, 30, 40 and 50lbs lighter!
