About Me
Hard-rocking, tattooed, divorced mom to two boys. I write short stories & prose, learning to play the bass guitar.
Was 115lbs when I got pregnant with my older son and struggled with my weight ever since. Lost quite a bit of weight postpartum with breastfeeding , but it always crept back on and was never enough.
I do kickboxing twice a week, Jiu Jitsu once a week and walk whenever the weather is nice. I lost 20 lbs bellydancing about two years ago and am hoping to take it up again soon.

*I never weigh two days in a row, but I tried increasing my calories yesterday (and made a really poor entry into HIIT) and wanted to see if I saw any change - which I did!

Goals:
Goal - 150lbs. - Met on 8/6/2008!
UPDATE: Well, met my 150lbs goal and decided to continue on to 140lbs! I may continue after that for 135, but we shall see how I look/feel and how easy it is to maintain. So, as of 8/6/2008, my NEW GOAL WEIGHT is 140lbs!

Goal - 140lbs: Reached 12/31/08

Update: As you can see, I reached 140 (actually hit 135lbs on 12/31/08) goal by the end of the year. I currently sit somewhere between 135-140lbs, I am no longer weighing myself. My goal now is to get in shape - I need to lose fat and build lean muscle on my lower body (stomach, thighs especially).

2/4/2009 Update: Body weight is 138lbs, still working on becoming leaner. I think this might be more of a struggle then losing the fat was, but it will be worth it. One day at a time.
