I am a 38 year old geeky, vegan, gay cyclists from the north end of Columbus. With winter coming on, I'm not getting that many miles in, so I joined a gym and want to do the food part smart, so I am keeping a journal here. Things might seem a bit backward for some of my meals, but remember, I work 3 shift. My breakfast is really my dinner, and vice versa. lol Live with a house full of critters. We're hooked to Dog Whisperer and sometimes they let me watch a bike race now and again.....
