    “ Mark, (or anyone else knowledgeable) I have a question, I have been working to try to get my diet in check. I am basically trying to get to the 40/40/20. I am considering just finding the right combination and eating the same stuff everyday...lol If I change anything it seems to blow everything out of wack. How many calories should I be eating? I do weights 45-an hour a day, moderate intensity. I also try to do 30 min of cardio a day (usually with a burn of 200-300 calories. How many grams of protein do I need to consume? I have heard 1 g for each lb of muscle. I am 180 lbs. and have approx 120 lbs of lean mass. So 120 g of protein?  While I am seeing results, I know that my progress could be amped up with the right diet. And by not getting the proper nutrition I will never meet my goals. I have got a lot to learn also.       ”

    “ Mark,  What is the best way and when is the best time to start cutting? In the past 2 1/2 weeks I have lost 4.9% bf. I am doing weights 5 days a week, approx an hr each day then during lunch I am trying to do 30 min moderate intensity cardio. Do I keep at what I am doing and UP the protein? On weights, I am doing 3 sets with the last set to failure. I vary the reps on week I will shoot for 12 and the next week I'll go for 10. As the reps get easier I add more weight. BTW, the scale hasn't moved an inch. lol      ”
