About Me
I'm working to keep off the 100 pounds I lost.
I hit the gym 5 days a week and try to stay active on the weekends. I also try not to diet on the weekends- everyone needs some time off from the grind!

Weekdays:
4 Miles on the elliptical
Assisted Pull ups- working toward going it alone :)
I do reps of 81 or 121 of the following:
30# weighted arm extensions
30# arm curls
30# chest presses
50# pull down machine
50# weighted leg extensions
reverse crunches, then sit ups
90# weighted leg press
tricep kickbacks with 10# weights
dual arm tricep french press with 20# weights
squats, and walking lunges
