Dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of senior care through technology, Jeneane Brian is an experienced health care executive who successfully combines the goal orientation of an MBA with the altruistic value system of a clinical professional. She is a sought after public speaker, consultant and author on care options for seniors and healthcare technology.

For the past 18 years, Brian has moved from clinical staff nursing to the executive ranks of hospital and post acute care. She has owned and operated her own health care firm and has held local and national positions as a health care expert to assist in maintaining profitability and compliance within the skilled nursing, assisted living, certified home health, certified hospice and private duty home care environments. Past efforts include serving as a hospital system vice president and chief executive officer and corporate compliance officer for a variety of health care organizations across the United States.

Brian also co-developed an Internet-based serial digital photography wound care management system and a congestive heart failure telemonitoring hospital/home health agency partnership with a major health system in California.

She is currently the Chief Clinical Officer for Allscritps Healthcare Solutions Group, a software firm, currently providing technology solutions and services to thousands of home health agencies, hospitals, and post acute providers in the United States.

She holds a bachelor's in nursing from Texas Woman's University with a minor in psychology and a master's in business with an emphasis in health care administration. She has published numerous articles on health care technology and its role in improving patient outcomes. She hosts the Innovations in Healthcare Technology blog on the Livestrong.com website. She has been recognized by Sigma Theta Tau International and the American Nursing Informatics Association for her contributions, honored as the first recipient of the STTI Nursing Honor Society International Technology Award for Clinical Nursing.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing with her grandchildren.
