“Yesterday when I stepped on the scale I realized that I had met my goal for this challenge! :) With four more full weeks to go I am going to adjust my challenge goal. My new goal is to lose a total of 40 pounds for the challenge. This would put me in ONEDERLAND!!”

I was hoping to be a little lower this morning. I have been hanging at 211 for a few days and I know part of it is that I am not drinking enough water. Back to work today so that will help.”

To work on this week: Basically the same as last week, work on getting 64 ounces of water in a day, eating closer to my calories goal, and get more exercise in. Since I am back to work it will be easier to get the water and the exercise in.
