I am going into my senior year of high school. I love figure skating and writing. I have written a book and am trying to get it published. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter. In college I want to major in journalism and creative writing.
About a year ago, we discovered that both of my siblings, my Mom, and I have celiac. At first it was a struggle but we soon got the staples together and its easy to do now. It is the reason I am stuck at 4'10.5 but I'm okay with my height it is just part of who I am. However since removing gluten, I no longer get headaches everyday which is a relief! So the reason I'm here, is that in this process, we also found plenty of gluten free junk food which just because it is gluten free, doesn't mean it is calorie free of course or healthy. So I gained a few pounds. My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds and overall eat more fruits and vegetables. Exercise is not a problem as I skate 1-2 hours a day and I love my stepper.
So my current weight is 105
and my goal weight is between 95 and 100. But more than the weight even is to really incorporate more fruits and vegetables and to eat a healthier diet. I am still young and it is important to develop good habits now rather than undo everything when I am older.
