About Me
I am a 33 yr old mom to 2 kids age 13 & 7. I returned to work 2 years ago after being a fulltime mom for 7 1/2 years. I'm hoping to take care of myself and lose the weight I gained while being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I need to get serious and take the steps necessary to be healthy. Time to start exercising regularly and making better choices for eating. I hope to make some friends too on my path to getting healthy!
