Up until a couple years ago I never had any weight problems. I have spent most of my being active in one way or another. Several things have happened recently in my life to cause me to gain weight. I adopted my toddler grandson and have less freedom to pursue my activities, I was placed on medicine that weight gain is a big side effect, I have hit my 40's and my metabolism has totally changed, ect. I am tired of feeling depressed about how I look now and need to get serious to change this. I have about 40lbs to lose to get back to the size 5 I have been all my life until the last few years.
