The past week has been quite eye-opening. It is clear that I am not putting my heart into this right now. But, at least I have realized the following things: 1) I am easily persuaded to eat fast food 2) I am a stress eater. I am not saying these are earth-shattering, and should have been quite obvious. We have had a lot of crazy stuff going on around here and I have not been sleeping well, so I don't get up early to exercise, so I am tired and don't want to put the effort into cooking....you get the point. In the week leading up to Christmas, I am going to try really hard to focus and get into a better routine again. It won't get any better over the holiday weekend, so I might as well try to face it head on with a better attitude and effort. Hope next week's result is better!”

Still need to get back on the exercise train. Have been going through some stressful times at home (strangely, good stress, not bad stress!) and don't know if that is contributing to the weight loss. I will say (sorry for TMI) that the consistent fiber one breakfast seems to be a good thing for my body...

I am not sure if I actually believe this weight, but I will take it now and deal with the consequences later! I did better than I gave myself credit for on Thursday, but blew it on Friday and Saturday. This is the downfall of being out of town with family and celebrating Thanksgiving 4 times in 3 days. last week I did a lot of working out to prepare for the weekend, and this week I have not been able to drag myself out of bed to get an exercising start to the day. I hope to change that tomorrow...really, I do!”

Much improved, if I do say so myself! We have had a lot of stressful "grown up" decisions going on over the last few weeks, and being in better control of my exercise and eating habits has been a helpful piece of stability for me. My goal is to at least maintain between now and next Tuesday. ”
