I am a lifetime yoyo. I graduated from high school weighing 260. Since 1978 I have been between that weight and 300. To make a long story short, I am 7 months away from being 50, I am finally, I hope, ready to make a life changing choice and alter my diet. I am not going on a diet, I am changing my diet. The goal is to add daily exercise to what I eat, reduce my weight by no more than 3 pounds a week, then maintain a weight that is suitable to my body type.
