Hello!
I've been on diets all my life. Tried everything...but always just for a short while... I've decided to take a more scientific approach to losing weight: getting the scientific facts, watching shows where experts provide advices (Village on a Diet, The Biggest Loser, X-Weighted), keeping track of my food-related behaviors, etc. The LiveStrong food diary seems well done, so I start it today. My goal weight is 130 pounds, for a total weight loss of 30 pounds. Given my short height, I might not be what we call "thin" at my goal weight, but at least, my BMI will be in the more healthy range.
