About Me
I am a single mom,I have 2 boys, a cat and I work full time and have only been doing so for a while, and sitting at a desk has caught up to me. Ive gained 20lbs in a year, and I keep losing and gaining the same ten pounds can't seem to get past it! Ive always worked out ,but now trying to do it on a very consistent basis.
I gained a lot of weight (ie: 80 lbs!!) with both pregnancies and was able to lose all the first time, and the second time, my son is 7, and I not only haven't lost it all but gained more! I am now at my highest weight since losing it (most of it)after having my son. I am determined to lose 40 lbs!! In Hopefully less then one year!

I have been on Weight Watchers for over a year and only lost 12 lbs (not counting the 10 or so that i keep gaining and losing). I was eating healthfully before WW, so it wasn't a huge lifestyle change. It just made me more aware of every little bite i put in my mouth. I upped my work outs, right now i teach 3-6 yoga classes a week, one Body Combat (think Tai Bo on CRACK!) on Body Pump (weights) class and one spin class a week. So you would think with working out almost 9 times a week and watching what i eat logging everything on WW I would be losing lots! I have been tested  for Thyroid problems (my sister and grandma have them) and there was nothing wrong with me. I did have low vitamin D, which now i take in vitamin form. I have lost 4 dress sizes. I am trying not to get hung up on the scale. I can tell that i have gained muscle. When does the muscle take over and start getting rid of fat!?? I tried taking my measurements because people were saying I was probably losing inches, well in three months time, everything was the same or BIGGER except my calves! I eat 100% whole wheat if I do eat bread or pasta, I am eating fruits, veggies, lean protiens, greek yogurt, oatmeal with blueberries, (natural, no sugar!) i drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, hardly ever have alcohol...(like one light beer once a month!) I don't know what else to do! My patience is wearing thin. I am thinking of stopping WW because I can't afford it anyway. Thoughts??

crosspost... Dont mind me just bitching here...In the past two weeks I have done about 9 yoga classes, 2 spin classes 2 Body Pump Classes, 2 Body Combat classes, ( which are the most fun you can have with your clothes on!!! its like Tai Bo on crack! ) One would think I would have dropped like 10 lbs right? Um no. TRY GAIN 4lbs! last week was my week to gain but still ! Really??? It's taken me 12 months to lose 15 pounds (not counting the ones I have gained and then re-lost) I consistanly lose a whopping one pound a month. I drink water like no ones business, I am on Weight Watchers, I cut out bread almost completely (i eat one point whole wheat tortillas!) Bout ready to give up!!  I know that If I look at where i might have been not being on Weight Watchers Its a plus side, but other than having more $, (cause I am broke and can't really afford it! )I guess I am happy that I have lost what little I have, its just frustrating .I ate healthy and worked out before Weight Watchers but was not getting steady results. So steadyily slow!!  ARGH!!! OK end rant.     * (halfy 12 I told you wrong amout, apparently I can't add)
