About Me
i've been working on losing weight off & on for the last few years. pcos & depression make things more difficult, but my biggest problem is motivation & the inability to keep up the good work for more than a couple of months it seems.

one thing i did do is quit smoking though. my mother was a long time smoking & after she died of a heart attack at 60 last year, it lost it's appeal. i haven't had so much as a puff since the day after we buried her last year.

this year i am setting simple goals & not getting to caught up in it. i'm hoping if i don't get too obsessed with doing this & that i won't burn out & can just focus on making healthy, long-term changes. i guess i'm just too stubborn & set in my ways to overhaul overnight:~p
