“This looked like it would be a great challenge at my age.  I'm 61, 6'1", 210# currently and can do 40 push ups now.  So, is this challenge to be able to do 100 without stopping, are some breaks allowed?”

“Well, I'm logging back on after 740 days of being gone.  61 now, went skydiving for my 60th last year, but other than that, have just been swamped with projects both at work and at home.  Current weght is 209.  Never more than 215, with a goal of getting below 200 and increasing my power to weight ratio.  Does anyone else experience what I call "exercise anxiety".  It seems everytime I get started again I have to battle some mysterious invisible force that doesn't want me to exercise.  Just curious.”

“I'm back at it after 740 days of not logging on.  I'm at 209 lb right now, but have been holding steady at about 210 for a long time.  While the evenings in Washington are getting shorter, I'll resort to the roller trainer for a bit  just to get back in the exercise mode.  I'm 61, went skydiving for my 60th b'day last year, but have just been swamped with work and home projects, not taking time even to do more than walk around the building here at work.  I know I need to start back slowly.”
