I am a web designer and developer, happily married with a son. Love to hike the mountains around us here in Colorado and work in my gardens on weekends, but having a very sedentary, full-time, sit-in-front-of-a-computer job, I have let years go by where I haven't been finding the time for exercise. Cold, windy weather can be a factor in keeping me indoors, too. So, I am inspired to change my whole lifestyle one step at a time!
