“Over-did it a little bit at lunchtime with my Eastern Star ladies, but then I came home and decided to pretend I was still on course.
Threw away all my big undies cause I have 2 new packs of medium size. My hoarder self didn't want to get rid of the giant panties because they were expensive ~ the best in the Roaman's catalog. They don't even make them for skinny people. But they go all the way to my armpits now. Went to L.L. Bean outlet and bought a new raincoat for the summer, size medium. Then did half an hour of wind sprints & jogging on a full stomach. It about killed me but I didn't slack.
I am going to have to find some non-shopping ways to reward myself on maintenence. There's only so much underwear and raincoats a house can hold.”
