“1) Get my water in !! I have been horrible at this lately
2) Drink less alcohol
3) Get more sleep (Minimum 6 hours to start with per night)
I am sticking with only 3 challenges right now to start with! Too many can cloud me from focusing on what I think I really need to work on.
