About Me
My husband told me that when you turn 50 your body starts to change. Well I was determined to show him that he was right. It would change and change for the better. I began to hit the weights harder and heavier. I started eating five meals a day with protein at every meal. I do some form of cardio at least 3 to 4 days a week. I am taking the test to become a personal trainer because I am getting asked to help people lose weight and get STRONG, LEAN AND FIT. I'm in the process of writing up what it took to be in the best shape of my life at age 50 and beyone. I feel great. Full of energy and excited about each and every day. I love sharing what works for me and love seeing people get results from their determination, dedication and discipline. I have gone from 92lbs of lean body mass to 105lbs of lean body mass since October 2009. My goal is 105.5lbs of lean body mass and 19.5lbs of fat. This would be 15.69% body fat.
