Gonna write this here to hold myself accountable!!

My Healthy Lifestyle Commitments:
-Eat between 40 and 90 g of protein daily
-60% carbs, 25% protein, and 15% fat (150-180g carbs, 60-75g protein, 15-20g fat)
-Try to eat the RDA of fiber, 27 g
-Eat low-fat, under 30 g
-1200-ish calories each day, *NO STARVATION!*

My goals:
-Drink only the "5 healthy" beverages: Water, milk, coffee, red wine, and tea; limit all others
-Stay active, commit to workouts 2-4x a week
-avoid candy!! (boo)
-3 servings of dairy a day
-2 servings of fruit a day *minimum*
-2 servings of veggies a day *minimum*
-only lean meats
-healthier grains; more fiber & nutrients, low-cal!!
