About Me
I am 6'6". I was very skinny in HS and college, 179 lbs, rather a tall twig. The Army got me up to 205 in muscle. I stopped working out and started eating more over the years.

I gave up chewing tobacco and decided after my 100 days HOF (Hall of Fame in the support groups) I would start trying to lose weight. I ended up starting a few days early on my weight loss due to finding this site. My beautiful wife has decided to do this with me, as she would like to lose a few pounds as well.
