I'm 5'2" 120lbs and am here to work on getting fit, eating healthy, and possibly even losing some weight.
I am mostly focused on working on my lower abs and my sides. I have found a couple excercises that I have been doing that seem to be working, so hopefully this will do the trick! I am okay with my weight as long my abs & sides get more toned.
Also, I know my eating habits aren't that great and I know they need to change.
