I am 35 years old and I am getting married on 9/26/09. My main motivation for losing weight is my wedding. I\'ve always been semi-active, but over the last few years work has got in the way. I am now seeing a trainer twice a week and attending a bootcamp on the weekends. I am also on Weight Watchers and my goal is to be at 130 pounds by my wedding. My long term goal is to keep the weight off. I think my biggest challenge is food, it\'s hard to watch what you eat! I enjoy excercise and working out and I\'ve learned that I just need to make more time for that in my life. Having a trainer definitely helps with the discipline.
