“ ...not just with weight loss, but with my body in general. I continue to have issues with constipation almost every week on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. It is really disheartening as far as weight loss goes, because I FEEL fatter and bloated regardless of having lost weight. My dad has IBS and I'm starting to wonder if I do, too. NOTHING seems to work on these days until I give in and take laxatives (which I know you're not supposed to do regularly!) It seems to be related to stress, as my eating and working out remain the same these days, but they are my most stressful days at school/work. I wish I knew what to do! There don't seem to be a lot of treatment options even if it is IBS and I get diagnosed, so why bother? Arg. Anyone have similar issues/advice? Thanks!”
