I'm 25. I've always known that I really benefit from eating a low carb, no sugar and no dairy diet but I haven't had the devotion or resources until recently to devote a substantial amount of time to my health and fitness. I mean I've done the half-hearted crash diet and had the brief gym phase and I even tried a detox once but now I'm excited about making healthy living a lifestyle!
The abbreviations in my food journal may be a little odd - I started off as writing it just for me and I tend to write in shorthand and perhaps in a little too much detail. I will try to edit it a bit and make it more accessible.
