“I'm content with my loss--heading in the right direction! The scale did tease me again and get me all excited by saying I was a pound less than I am now closer to the middle of the week--I behaved--ate well, exercised--but it was back up by today. That is okay though, because this really is reasonable. And I'm happy to see that our hard work is paying off! My husband has now lost about 13 pounds over the last 6 weeks with me---so I'm super proud of him too!

Okay! Just .4 away from being halfway there again! Two half-ways actually...half-way to losing BACK what I regained (20 pounds--I've now lost 9.6 of those back) and losing the rest of my 100 pounds... Here we go!!!
Also, some incentives to look forward to---I am a bridesmaid for a friends wedding in July (which is also around our first anniversary!) so I'm excited to look great for that. AND my hubby and I are going to Hawaii in October!!!”

yay. That was a bigger step in the right direction. It's down even more now--hopefully it will get even lower by the time I report back again! Congrats to everyone else for a job well done this week, and thank you, as always, for the support!
P.s. I know that the totals don't quite match up with what I reported last week. I must have gotten some numbers mixed up somehow but this is how it is according to the chart I'm keeping at home.”

I'm a little frustrated. My weight went down a total of 1.2 pounds two days in a row this week, and then 1.4 pounds the day after. I was convinced that was right. I only went to one yoga class this week--but I did jog my mile a few times, and really the most "bad" food choices I made were toward the beginning of the week. I'm frustrated because I've been back in this game for about 5 weeks--and over that period of time I've only lost a little over 5 pounds. It's just much slower than I'm used to--of course, that's still great progress--because--over the course of a year if I continued that rate I would lose 52 total pounds---(which means that exactly one year from now I would only be 1.8 pounds away from my goal). Of course we all want that faster--I can learn from this week and try harder--but I guess I can take comfort in knowing that I can do this and get BIG results even if it's going slower than I would like.
