im tired of being unhealthy. i eat good food, just a lot of it. definitely need to just stick to the serving sizes. i was on the swim team in college and i could eat anything i wanted then, i guess i kept that mentality even though i knew i wasnt working my body at the same pace. http://jennifershumblebeginings.webs.com/
