I try to enjoy the benifits of a healthy life style, but of course I have my bad habits. Eating sugary snacks, not sleeping on a regular schedule, drinking way to much coffee... etc.
I have recently lost about 10 pounds (and 2 inches off my waist) thanks to a career change, from a sedentary desk job, to an on my feet and moving retail job. I'm hoping I can keep on maintaining my newfound and unexpected weightloss. Clothes fit better, and I feel great about myself.
