About Me
Well here I am, back again... but I've been sticking to it this year!

Started up again at the beginning of the year and have been doing well so far. Not losing too much weight, I think I've only lost about 6 lbs so far in 9 weeks but after seeing some inspirational pictures of people who weigh the same but have completely different body compositions I'm not too concerned.

At the moment I'm taking the exercise in bite sized chunks as I get bored having to do long sessions. In the AM before work I've been following Jorge Cruise's 8 minutes in the morning routine and doing a 12 minute exercise dvd at night Monday to Friday. I've signed up for the Swimathon in the middle of April and need to swim 2.5k in under 2 hours (although I'd like to make it in under an hour and a half) so I'm also swimming between 1-2 hours on a Sunday in preperation. All in all going by Livestrong calculations I'm burning around 1200 calories a week.

I'm not following a proper calorie cycle at the moment I'm more doing it naturally and making sure I'm at a decent average by the end of the week. I'm keeping the schedule below for future reference in case I decide I need it later.

Saturday - 2000
Sunday - 1600
Averaging 1600 cals/day
