“I know it's only day 3 of being back on track for me, but I feel amazing already. I ran Sunday, did the Jillian Michaels' Shred video yesterday (kicked me butt) and did a 10-minute cardio blast workout this morning and I've been eating very well also. I'm doing weight watchers points and I've noticed that my points only equal a little over 1000 calories...no wonder people lose weight that way! Hopefully I can keep this up...this weekend is going to be tough as I'm going to DC for the PSU game and my friends aren't overly supportive of my healthy lifestyle!
Does everyone weigh-in on the same day or do you all pick your own days to weigh-in?”

PS...my current weight is 180.2...so close to getting back to the 170's...I can't wait!”
