Goal Weight: In My Dreams Goal: 135 (yes, I know I am hilarious!)....Realistic Goal: 145. Trying to set mini-goals of 5 lb increments to make this a little easier.... : )
I am a runner and a five-time triathlete (albeit a very slow one!); hope to complete three triathlons (sprint)and walk/run a marathon in 2011. I really need to lose this weight as I believe it is holding back my finish times! Plus I want to feel happier with myself, and to fit into my "skinny clothes" that are as yet unworn....
