    “Group Number: 48 Starting Date: 5/26/2010 Loss for the week: 3.6 Total Loss: 32.4 Left to Lose: 66.6 (creepy) SW: 264 CW: 231.6 GW: 165 Had two good weeks. Doing mostly what I should be. Started a new internship, been crazy busy (which is why I didn't post last week- sorry). Trying to stay on the path to recovery and avoid bingeing. Yesterday I made homemade bread and its making me want to eat eat eat but I've been asking for support from the boyfriend and distracting myself. Congrats to all those weighing in, gain, loss, or maintain!”

    “Starting Date: 5/26/2010 Group Number: 48 GAIN this week: 1.4 lbs Total Weight Lost: 28.8 Total Weight Left to lose: 70.2 SW:264 CW: 235.2 GW: 165 Well...we had a bbq to attend (I was really good) and went to a concert in Chicago (meaning we got a chicago style deep dish and I wasn't so good), that on top of TOM and my serious stress-snacking (finals)- I'm not terribly surprised. Hopefully it'll come off as easy as it came on. Congrats to all weighing in.  ”

I worked HARD this week and turned down some pretty tasty looking junk food ahah. Still, loving all the fruits and veggies.  HUGE CONGRATS to everyone weighing in this week- loss, gain, or maintain. I'm excited about the loss, especially since I've changed virtually everything, but it hasn't been hard. I'm still not counting and I really don't miss processed foods very much. Eating about 80% clean.  ”

    “My Starting Date is: 5/26/2010 My group number is: 48 Weight Lost this week: 1.2 Total Loss: 27.4 Left to lose: 71.6 SW: 264 CW: 236.6 GW: 164   Trying to decide if I should stay away from the scale for a bit. It's my worst enemy in all of this. Everytime I stop eating well its because the scale makes me angry and I get really frustrated. It might be better for me to weigh in every other week so I can keep my eyes on the prize rather than getting caught up in weekly numbers. I know 1.2 lbs is a good loss, but its a little discouraging to remember how long this journey actually is.That said, this is pretty darn good considering I haven't been counting calories, just eating what I know to be good for me. ”

    “Starting Date: 5/26/2010 Group #: 48 GAIN since February: 15.4 Total loss: 26.2 Total left to lose: 72.8 SW: 264 GW: 164 CW: 237.8 I'm terrified to admit that I'm starting again because that means I can fail like I have so many times before and it's really. really. really depressing me. I'm not counting calories yet, just trying to stick to more whole foods and only eat when I'm hungry plus drinking all that water every day. I'm so scared of failing again because it feels so defeating. I know I'm here off and on and it sucks and I'm ashamed. For whatever reason, I have a really hard time with losing weight and staying on the wagon. Good luck to all weighing in today. ”

    “Starting Date: 5/26/2010 Group Number: 48 Loss this week: 3.6 Total Loss: 44 Left to Lose: 55 Well apparently I needed to get sick to get the scale to budge :\ So now I've been back for almost a month and I've lost a pound even though I've been doing great. If the scale shows a gain next week I'm pitching the $#@&ing thing. Probably at some one...like my boss....3.6 is a great loss but I feel like I've earned more. Gonna keep pushing water this week. ”
