I always say ... "Just because you've always done it that way doesn't mean that it's not a really bad way of doing it". I have decided to step outside my box and take my own advice. I've always treated a diet as something negative ... a dreaded entity that slapped me in the face every single day. This time around I'm not calling it a "diet". I'm calling it a "lifestyle improvement". I am embracing it and doing things very different this time around. And its working!
