I am wife and mother of one. My son Lucas will turn 2 years old soon. I have still another 10 pounds of excess weight from my pregnancy. Besides going for walks and playing outside, I just don't have the desire or time to work out in a gym. My hardest part are the carbs. I use to just cut out all the carbs and I would lose 5 lbs. a week. Trying a different approach this time... counting calories and eating smaller, more frequent meals. I would like to lose 10 - 15 pounds by the time I turn 30 (which is in August). So it looks like my plan is to drop it in about 4 1/2 months. I am using the "lose 1.5 lbs. a week plan" and my calorie goal is 1151 calories a day.
