Always had a weight problem and been abroad for the last few years and have put on some more. Enough is enough so decided while I have lots of time on my hands, my lap top and able to plan I will make a conscious effort to lose weight, well more of a change of life eating and exercises. The bycicle is set up in front of the TV and the treadmill is on order and I am on my way to first stone without too much trouble, just wish it would all go sooner. I feel heaps better though in myself and my clothes are looser so thats a good start. I suspect maybe I am eating too much fruit but I dont think I can avoid this but it is counted in my daily calories.
