“We finished week 1 with pretty good success. I lost about 1 lb this week, which is good considering I'm not following the nutrition plan like I'm supposed to. I've been eating way more vegetables than before and eating better protein and carbs, so I'm happy with how things are going. I think this is a sustainable thing for me! I'm excited to start week 2's workouts this afternoon. I'll be doing Chest & Back with Ab Ripper X. What about everyone else?”

“I just started the Classic program on Sunday. I've enjoyed all the workouts so far even though they're really challenging. I'm having a hard time with the nutrition part though. There doesn't seem to be enough fruits and veggies. I know that protein is important, but I'm having trouble cutting out the other stuff. Anyone else find that? I think I'm more aiming to eat healthy all around and not to be so focused on the right servings of everything. What's everyone else's approach?”
