I'm a 45 year old man that works far too hard and finds too little time to eat well, live well and exercise regularly. Mind you I'm certainly no wreck - I need a disciplined structure going forward burning more calories and eating more sensibly. Any help anyone wants to offer is most welcome! I'm about 15 pounds above where I know I'm at my best. and hope the weight with a bit of discipline just drops off in 2012. Gotta go now meeting my mates for a few pints, dance and a kebab..... well it ain't quite 2012 yet!
