Here is the Tops Pledge. I will read it daily as I am definately an emotional eater....

Every time I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desire,

    “ Yay! 30 mins on the treadmill.  Per my doc, I'm to add 5 mins per week until I work up to an hour.  I wanted to continue walking today, but decided to listen to the professional and follow doctor's orders.
