“ Yay! 30 mins on the treadmill. Per my doc, I'm to add 5 mins per week until I work up to an hour. I wanted to continue walking today, but decided to listen to the professional and follow doctor's orders.

“Happy to report that I'm all set to begin my 30 mins on the treadmill. I plan to add 5 mins each week until I am able to walk for 1 hour.
